MK4 revealed
Hi.
This is the first image of the new car for the upcoming update 1.2
It still hasn't got name or different liveries but as usual I have started with a "Ferrari" red look version and will start to create the other team liveries using that as a template.
A compulsory livery version will be quite similar to the classic Lotus team colors.
I hope you like it.

Update 1.1
Hi.
After a long time working on the first update time has arrived to submit it to Apple.
It is already under review and should be available pretty soon.
It includes some changes to the car handling and the in-game acceleration changes.
It also has some bad bugs fixed like the ignominious lap counter...
There is also a free demo including a time trial in the Warwickshire track with the Gargoyl MK2 car. It will be also available as soon as it is reviewed.
I hope you enjoy the improvements.
BTW... work has already been started in the update 1.2 with a new car. You will see some screens quite soon.

Xmas break
Hi.
I am back near a computer so I can continue posting in the blog but not developing.
The game has been out for a week now and it is getting some reviews and comments.
I have seen that in some races the lap count misses when you cross the line and then takes you to the last position. This will be fixed inmediately as soon as I am back to my MAC. Thanks Tim for pointing this out.
Also I have listened a few comments about the game difficulty so I will add a feature to choose different settings for the AI and game overall speed.
This will be implemented and submitted within January. I will also add a free demo to the appstore.
Thanks for all your comments. Keep them coming so I can keep improving the game.

Time Trial mode screenshots
Hi.
These new screenshots show the time trial mode interface. Originaly I had used a numeric display for the lap times but, although it gave more accurate readings, I think that a clock suits the game era much better.
It also makes easier look at the progress along the track. The previous display only did show the Best and Last lap times without any indication of the current lap timing.
In the screenshots you can see three needles in the clock. The white one displays the current lap timing and moves while racing.
The black needle shows the last lap timing and the orange shows your best time ever.
Also another big detail in these screenshots is the pilot. The driver has gone in for all cars now.
The driver reacts to the player steering and adds a lot of action to the scene. I was quite happy when I first saw it moving.

Game screenshots revealed
Hi.
After a hard week dealing with the last code issues I have decided it is time to release some screens from the game.
In this batch you can see the main menu screen.
You can also see the Mark1 car racing in one of the tracks.
I will add new updates with new screenshots during this week.
Only 7 days to submission left.
